Cottage to Castle understands the complexities involved in a real estate transaction. As a purchaser you have a limited time to remove your sale conditions. The best plan of attack is to get all approvals, financing, insurance etc in place as they do not normally involve out of pocket expense. The home inspection is normally the last condition to be removed. We have a team of inspectors so that we can better help with your last minute requests, however at busy times we may be booked in advance. We ask that you stay in touch and give us as much notice as possible for any rescheduling or cancellations that may be required.
